Returns
You have 28 days from receiving your dispatched notification email to make a return if you aren't happy with your order. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping charges.
You can initiate a return via your account or you can email contact@azadicouture.com your order number and return reason and we will send you the returns delivery address.
Please note return charges are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked for service and keeping the receipt until the order has reached us back safely and your refund has been processed.
If the item you have returned is damaged with make up marks or wear and tear marks, a refund will not be issued.
Our fabric comes in limited quantities so please take care in placing your order and use the size guide to help find the best size for you.
If you wish to cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
