By using the Site and placing an order from Us, You accept that You are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please familiarise yourself with the information contained on this page as it sets out Our responsibility and Your rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notification, however the terms and conditions which You accepted when You placed Your order will always apply. If You do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

• “You”, “Your” refers to the you as the Client, the individual who accesses the Site.

 

Limitations of Liability

We take pride in Our work and are dedicated to providing You with an authentic experience, however We will not be liable to You with respect to use of the Site, the content contained in the Site or accessed through the Site. We will also not be liable to any damages that result from mistakes, errors, theft, or any other failure arising from access to Our programs or services or caused by events outside Our reasonable control. The extent of Our liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the value of Your purchase at the time of the relevant transaction. If We do not deliver the products or if the products We deliver are not what You ordered, We will replace or repair any products that are damaged or refund to You the amount You paid at the time of the purchase. These Terms and Conditions will not exclude or limit Your statutory rights.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All and any Intellectual Property rights in connection with Our brand and made available to You on or through this Site remain the property of Azadi Couture Ltd. All such rights are reserved by Azadi Couture Ltd. You may only access the Site for Your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute, duplicate or reproduce any of the content or copies of the content on this Site or that has been supplied to You by Us and You may not use any such content for Your own business or commercial advantage. Content includes a non-exhaustive list of items such as logos, designs, graphics, trademarks, videos, and images.

 

Orders

When You place an order, You will receive an order confirmation email from Us stating the contents of Your order, delivery address and the amount You have been charged. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product from Us. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Us. We will confirm acceptance of Your offer by sending You a dispatch email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between yourself and Us will only be formed when We send You a dispatch confirmation email. If there is no availability of Your order, any amount You have been charged will be fully refunded.

If You need to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed, please do so immediately so We can accommodate any changes in an efficient manner. You may be able to amend or cancel Your order within an hour of receiving your order confirmation email by emailing Us at contact@azadicouture.com. Please note, due to the nature of Our bespoke service and products, We may not be able to adhere to amendments and cancellations.

 

Pricing

The prices of Our products shall be as shown on the Site.

All prices on the Site are in Pound Sterling (£) and include UK VAT but exclude delivery costs. Once You have selected Your chosen delivery method, the delivery cost will automatically be added to Your order and the total amount due when You view the items in your shopping basket will be displayed.

We reserve the right to change the prices on Our Site without prior notification, however this will not affect orders which have already been accepted. You will receive an order confirmation email when Your order has been accepted. 

Despite Our best intentions and value we place on the accuracy of the Site, it is possible that some products may be priced incorrectly. We will endeavour to notify You as soon as possible in these instances so You can reorder the products at the correct price or cancel Your order. If We are not able to contact You using the details You provide to Us, We will cancel Your order and refund You for any amount that You have paid.

A payment is deemed to be complete when We receive cleared funds to the total amount. You can make a payment using any method shown in this website.

 

Product Availability

We hope that any product You wish to order is available for You to purchase and We take care in ensuring this is possible, however images, descriptions and videos contained in the Site or advertising material are for general information and guidance. On some occasions We may not be able to fulfil Your order immediately and will contact You as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
